The site is for those interested in pushing the envelope and is intended to be fun and a bit risqué, not for the boring and ordinary! Operators of public search engines do have permission to use spider/robot technology or similar to copy materials from the Site only to create publicly available searchable indexes, but not to create caches or archives or any materials otherwise no one may use these sorts of technologies or collect information from the site for any other purpose.

You agree not to make any commercial approach to any users of the Site in respect of their Submissions.

You confirm that you are over 13 years of age and have the consent of your parent or guardian, or are at least 18.

Setting up an account

In order to access some areas of the Site or to post photographs or other material on the Site you will need to set up a user account (an "Account"). To set up an Account you agree to (i) provide accurate and full information, (ii) be fully responsible for all use of your account and to comply with the Use Policy, (iii) to keep your password and user information secure; and (iv) to notify us as soon as you can of any unauthorised use of your Account. We will not require your personal information other than an email address in the registration of an Account.

Proprietary rights

All content on the Site, except for Submissions (as defined below), including without limitation text, designs, pictures, graphics, software, music, videos, interactive features and files (the "Content") and the trademarks and logos (the "Marks") and other contained in the Site are owned by or licensed to us. The Content and the Marks are subject to and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights under English and international law. No Content may be copied, modified, distributed, reproduced, republished, transmitted, broadcast or otherwise used in any other way for any purposes other than those set out in these Terms of Service.

Submissions made to the site

You may upload, publish or display ("Post") photographs, text, profiles or other content or communications onto the Site ("Submission") providing that any Submission or Post complies with our Use Policy at any time. You are solely responsible for all user Submissions made through your Account, and the consequences of Posting them.

We may, but are not obliged to, remove and delete any Submissions, without notice, in our sole discretion, including without limitation Content that in our view breaches this Use Policy or which might be offensive, illegal or harm or threaten the safety of users or others, infringes someone else's rights or was illegally obtained. We will also terminate a user's access to their Account without prior notice and at our sole discretion if they infringe the Terms of Service at any time, infringe the intellectual property rights of others or threaten any other user.

You retain all ownership rights that you may own in your Submissions.

By Posting Submissions to the Site, you automatically give us an irrevocable, fully-paid, transferable, sublicencable, worldwide right to use, copy, reproduce, reformat, edit, translate, perform and distribute in whole or in part such Content for any purpose on the Site or in connection with the Company. Users visiting or using the Site from other jurisdictions accept that they do so in compliance with local law.

Arbitration

Except in the case of a party seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in connection with the enforcement of these Terms of Service, any dispute between you and us or you and another user arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including any disputes relating to the content or use of the Site, shall be finally and conclusively resolved by confidential binding arbitration under the rules then prevailing of the Centre for Dispute Resolution in London. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses including, without liability, legal fees arising from: (i) your access to and use of the Site; (ii) your breach of these Terms of Service; (iii) your infringement of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that any Submissions made by you caused damage to a third party or are illegal or were illegally gained. You acknowledge that this indemnity will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Site.
