No Submissions made by you or through your Account may:

• (i) violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party including without limitation copyright, trademark, privacy, trade secret or other proprietary rights;
• (ii) contain any libellous, defamatory, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful content;
• (iii) contain any misrepresentations (including any impersonation of another person) or falsehoods which are damaging to the Site or any third party;
• (iv) contain any private information of any third party or solicit such information from any person under the age of 18;
• (vi) constitute advertisements or solicitations for business;
• (vii) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or code designed to interrupt, impair or destroy any hardware or software;
• (viii) contain any material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, offensive, threatening, pornographic, racially or ethnically offensive; or
• (ix) obtained through conduct that would be considered a criminal offence including but without limitation, photographs taken within a court of law, photographs that contain information that could be useful to a person preparing an act of terrorism or be prejudicial to the safety or interests of the state or infringe on another person's privacy or is in breach of the Official Secret Acts (or their equivalents).

You acknowledge that in no way has this Site encouraged, induced, incited or in any other way prompted you to take any photograph where to do so is contrary to any law or legal control in any jurisdiction.

We do not endorse or routinely review or monitor any Submission, or any opinion, position, recommendation or advice contained in any Submission and we disclaim any and all liability in connection with Submissions.

Submissions that infringe other people's intellectual property rights are not permitted on the Site.
